While driving on ih10 toward downtown a stallion signs truck was ahead of us , the hit a bump and dropped mud or dirt off their truck which cause a huge cloud of white smoke to cloud the highway preventing us from seeing anything. This almost cause a huge car accident with multiple vehicles. Please cl an your trucks and trailers off before you get off the road. The truck exited Colorado st. While the rest of us hit our brakes unable to see anything in front of us at 945pm. Careless.

My friend referred this Sign company for my business, so I used them and got quoted and signed on Mar. 10, 2021 and he said he will give me the FREE flyers for Grand opening with 5 years warranty for the sign. However, he just delivered the flyers on the Grand opening date with so many excuses and no communication for delays, so I could not advertise my grand opening date. And, got the permit on April 22, 2021 from the City, but the sign is not ready until May 12. However, when he brought the sign, there were so many problems. The size is smaller than the quotation, so many missing screws on the sign and it is not secured. Not clean surface and many holes on the sign and damaged. Furthermore, they didn't bring some faces and pylon sign on the same date. And, I asked when you are going to bring all with pylon sign. He said it will be tomorrow on May 13, but the sign and pylon sign were done on June 14, so it took more than a month from his promise date with so many excuses again and again. I have to leave my unfinished business sign and without pylon sign more than 2 months after grand opening. And, it damaged my business. And, I complained about his long delay and unprofessional craftmanship. And, I asked for the discount for the remaining balance because of so many issues and delays. However, he threated me he will take my sign down if I didn't pay in full. Finally, I ended up with the negotiated price and done. About a year and half later, Sign get a part, so the face came out. So I contacted them. However, he will not fix if I didn't pay $250 for service. NO 5 years Warranty at all. Beware of this company and don't believe what they say about 5 year warranty. Poor material and craftmanship!!!
